Cheese has a new use --- at least for winter Olympian Lindsey Vann. She has been using Topfan, an Austrian cheese to reduce the inflammation in her leg. Check out the full story at CNN.

Its not surprising that some of the best skunky cheese is going to come from the kids in Humboldt County, CA. Cypress Grove Chevre has been making goat cheese since 1983 and you can now taste the divine flavor of their wonderful cheeses at Whole Foods.
