Where Am I Eating?

• <p>OK, I may get crucified for saying this, but NO pizza in the world is worth waiting three hours for. I have dined at Pizzeria Bianco, and while it's very good pizza, it's simply not worth the insane hype. I give them props for having such a great racket going --- I can only imagine how much money they are making off of patrons' bar tabs while they're waiting for a table in the restaurant. </p>

• <p>Humble pie isn't even close to being in the same league. The crust is totally different, and the ingredients are inferior by comparison. I was hoping it would be close enough in quality to save me the three hour wait - but no such luck. :)</p>

• <p>You should have just stayed in Scottsdale after Lolo's and gone to Humble Pie, the much better and more convenient Bianco.</p>
