TEXAZ Grill Pays Tribute to the Texas State Fair

It's no secret that the Lone Star State -- and all of its legendary down-home cooking -- is the inspiration at TEXAZ Grill. All year long, the place serves up chicken-fried steaks and barbecued brisket fit for any Texas-sized appetite.
There's a little extra love right now, though, since the restaurant is pimping its annual Texas State Fair menu. So along with the regular menu, you can get your fix of two specialities straight off the midway: Fletcher's Original State Fair Corny Dog (around since 1942, and served with a side of Fritos), and Frito Pie, which combines chili, onions, and cheese in a bag of Frito's corn chips, with fried potatoes on the side and a brand-new plastic spoon to eat it with.
These goodies are only available from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Saturday, through October 18. Yee haw!
