We've been on Twitter for a while now, and in between the tweets about Iran and Mark Sanford's email and Jon and Kate Plus Eight, we've noticed quite a few Phoenix foodies popping up with recommendations. That's all well and fine, till someone tips us off that @soandso is quietly pimping those restaurants for pay, or that @suchandsuch is really someone else.
