• <p>pita jungle in tempe has vegan breakfast starting at 9am. crepes, pancakes, and veggie scramble.. yum. also, blue nile has a vegan breakfast i think starting as early as 8am on the weekdays, and later on the weekends. if there are any more, i would love to hear about them!</p>
