Mark Tarbell on Iron Chef!

• <p>Kevin Binkley is just an expediter at his restaurant... doing a poor interpretation of chef Kellers cuisine. Nobu at sea saw is the best chef in AZ. </p>

• <p>It may be of interest to his fans that Mark Tarbell's skill as a restaurateur is inherited. His mother's family, the Marshalls, once owned and operated The Marshall House, the grandest Gilded Age hotel in exclusive seaside York Harbor, Maine.</p>

• <p>It's great to see this type of rock star recognition for Mark Tarbell and his partners. Tarbell's has been consistently excellent for over a decade but sometimes gets overlooked due to the buzz about newier, trendier restaurants.</p>
