i love how people say if you dont break the law you have nothing to fear from Arpaio. please explain that to the 432 sex crimes victims that he left uninvestigated. not only did he kick them to the wayside, he left many of them to be further victimized. and then when he made his lame ass apology to them...he tried to make it sound as if they werent even victims in the first place with his "If There Were Any Victims" comment. they didnt commit any crimes, so he should have been on top of those cases.

I'm new to Arizona and I have a couple of questions. I've noticed that just about every other story in this newspaper is about Sheriff Joe Arpaio, so I thought that this might be a good place to ask. If I join Sheriff Joe's posse, will I have the opportunity to personally apprehend illegal aliens, or would I just get to report them and have an official deputy collar them? Are posse members allowed to carry weapons, handguns or otherwise, in case the illegal aliens refuse to comply with an order? If no weapons are allowed, would I be correct in assuming that the response to an unruly and non-compliant illegal alien would be a standard beat down until they assume a docile and submissive attitude? Thanks in advance for any help that you can provide.

But, if you really want to know about "volunteers" trying to enforce immigration laws, why don't you google "J. T. Ready" and see what kind of ignorant assholes want to chase around in the desert playing the 21st Century version of Cowboys and Indians. It's called Lunatics and Mexicans.

My suggest would be that you leave enforcement to ICE and the Boarder Patrol so that you don't hurt yourself. You sound like the type of person that has had a relative die moments after yellling "Hey, Y'all - watch this!"

Age

The blue hairs that make up a significant part of our population here, still believe overtly in the might makes right attitude that we left WWI and WWII, Korea and Vietnam with. While we had cause to pat ourselves on the back over a few of those, it to be blunt, went to the populaces head. That then got pounded into the heads of their offspring with all the attendant misrepresentations and morphing of the story that always favors the victor

Especially when you look at factual history and realize that at least 2 of those conflicts I mention were entire bullshit, started by the US through pure deception of the US and world populace (I speak of Korea and Vietnam)

Lower population per sq. foot

Back east they get it in their face all the time how wacked they are since there are more people back east and therefore the sentiment is harder to ignore.There is a lot more push back.

Joe Arpaio needs to win. If you don't break the law you have nothing to fear from him. As a metal musician I am around a lot of less than on the up types of people and they all hate him..but they have all done time in tent city and broken the law and a lot of them despite the fact that they hate him learned not to cross that line because they had to pay the price. I dont know this penzone and im sure he's a nice guy and a qualified person for the job but if he does win he needs to stick to the game plan laid out by Joe because I know a lot of people that are planning to get back into crime thinking it's going to be open season if Joe is outed!

when I voted early for Joe, I did so with the expectation and desire that he will arrest more illegal mexicans and make the lives of their anchors harder. Joe's raids are a lot of fun, but just wait until we revisit the 14th for a proper interpretation. the enjoyment that we get now from comedies like the movie in this blog post will pale in comparison to the circus-like delights that we'll witness when the illegals' pregnancy paychecks are cut off.

The interpretation that has stood since 1898 is the correct one numbnuts. Keep in mind that decision was issued while the Supreme Court was stacked with all Republicans and a Republican President (William McKinley) was in office.

The Supreme Court has only reversed itself one time in U.S. history. And that was on the issue of the death penalty.

Why is it that AZ's Employer Sanctions Law passed in 2007 has only resulted in 2, that's TWO, employers being sanctioned? Hmmm? Check the State Attorney General's website. It has the list. If you want a cost effective way to reduce illegal immigration, ENFORCE THE FUCKING EMPLOYER SANCTIONS LAW. Joe and the rest of AZ's tea bagging polititions just talk shit to racist assholes like you, but protect business interests WHO HIRE illegal aliens!

i find the title of this movie very misleading considering the subject of the 2 people it follows. technically it should be called "an american and an old nazi" whats funny is, they did nothing at all to make joe look like a jackass in this movie. they were very impartial, HE made himself look the jackass in this movie, they didnt have to do a thing
