If any sex crimes in El Mirage have not been investigated, is the job of the El Mirage police department to investigate, not MCSO. All the attacks against Arpaio show the desperate attempts to falsely discredit him and the Phoenix New Times will stop at nothing to accomplish this even by printing false information.

QUIT making excuses..it happened, facts are out that they were less of a priority to joe and MCSO than cases like dowling and a dbacks fraud case...That is fact, it is not up for dispute (as MCSO has acknowledged this)...next

@JoeArpaioFan MCSO was under contract to provide police services to El Mirage during the years in question. That means Joe's agency was contractually obligated to investigate the crimes (and yes, there WERE crimes and victims), something they failed to do.

This is presumably McCain's last term, so he shouldn't have much reason to fear the local GOP's wrath.

It's also yet another reason Stauffer should have stayed Republican and given Joe a primary fight. It seems he could have gotten at least one high profile endorsement.
