Lets talk about the brave pastor who was sticking up for his 4th amendment right and was maliciosly tasered and beaten by a group of natzi thug boarder patrole officers at a checkpoint in the USA.

I wouldn't call this wack-job brave. Stupid is more like it. Just to clarify I am talking about Pastor Steve Anderson from Arizona. This guys a real peace of work. After listening to a radio segment he was on I found out he is a hardcore Homophobe and did a serman at his curch praying for Barrak Obama to be killed. I am sure theres even more BS that I havent heard about him. So why am I wrighting about this? Because I just saw a video of him being tasered and ruffed up by the cops at a border patrole checkpoint and I don't feel bad for him at all.

Now granted I am a Canadian and am not all together familire with the ins and outs of the american

constatution but this guy feels that these checkpoints are illegal seeing as they are inside the USA and not actualy on the border. The fact is that the checkpoints are obviosly put there by goverment officials who are voted into office by the citzens of the states and the contry.

I just watched his video of him getting tasered and "beaten" (sure they where rough with him but it was not a beating nobody was punching him or stomping the shit out of him) today and perhaps I would feel more pity for him if I hadn't watched two other video's of him hassleing border patrole before that, one being ten minutes long and the other nearly 30. In all three videos the jabronie pulls up to these checkpoints with a camera running then becomes un-cooperitive and confrontational with the officers (not thugs like he would have you think) that are just doing there jobs.

The officers obviosly become suspicios because he has a camera on them and refuses to answer there questions. So they insist on getting his ID from him and want to search his car (which yeah, maybe they need just cause to search his car, but pulling up and acting uncoperitive and refuseing to present your drivers licence is suspicios behavior and if your acting suspicios they have cause to search your car in my opinion) to which this guy just starts out and out refuses to let them do.

Im sorry pal, there are better ways to get your political views on these checkpoints accross then giveing the officers a hard time and holding up traffic. When a Police Officer, or a Border Patrole Officer (witch are peace officers acording to one of the Border Patrole Officers in the 30 min video) tell you to present your ID, you do it.

In my view this guy was asking for it. He, on multiple occasions, goes to these checkpoints with his camera on, stirs up trouble, then puts it up on youtube. Sooner or later people get tired of playing games. So in this perticular video where he is eventualy tasered, apparently a dog signaled that he had contraban or a human body in his car. Instead of co-operating he proceds to be a stand off-ish dick to them. So they called the cops.

The cops showed up and he refused to give them his drivers license or cooperate with them. Long story short they tell him to get out of his car and he refuses they warn him if he dosen't cooperate that they will get him out by force. He continued to refuse so they shattered his windows, tasered him and forced him out of the car and onto the ground where he was restrained and cuffed in a facefull of broken glass. Now I am not like some of the commentors on youtube who say he should have been shot, nor am I like the Pastor himself who figures Barrak Obama and every Gay in the world should be shot, I don't wish death on anyone, an ass kicken though is a whole different story especialy when its deserved.

Organized religion is the bane of the Universe... some being definitely worse than others.

But as it seems, things have got worst, and the “CHANGE”, has turned out to be a radical departure from the America you and I grew up in and is quickly becoming a system based on entitlements and handouts, as if the Government really owes you anything at all or is that false?
Actually, that is false! America, this may shock you but:

Glen beck reminded me that I need to ask hard questions and that my elected officials that I elected need to answer me and if they don’t, I need to demand that they do!

It seems that “Accountability has been hijacked by irresponsibility” America has let in thieves into the home of the free, and the home of the brave! Our Founding Fathers understood that our rights and liberties were a gift from God. They understood that we are intuitive people.

America is guilty of for ignoring it’s duty and allowing both Parties, the Democrats and the Republicans for allowing corruption within the halls of the Congress and the Senate. Judges are guilty all over America, both, County, State, and Federal for corrupting the halls of Justice and ruling not on the basis of Law, but political party persuasion.

Like the Biblical character in the Old Testament, America has sold it’s birthright for the perceived security of “Free government housing”, Corporate or personal welfare dependency, and as long as they get a check, they are happy right?

For far too long, we have embraced the flawed characters of those elected to office by lowering our standards such as for example the United States Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner who for got to pay his taxes.
We call them Tax Cheats and by the way why did America accept that as a standard? How come the Media was not calling for him to step down? And what about Wesley Snipes, Richard Hatch who conveniently “forgot’ to declare Millions of Dollars he won on the Survivor Game Show as income?
You see, everyone is doing it, even Congressman Charley Rangel from New York. Guess he forgot that he wrote the tax code for New York. To be honest America, We’ve been had by the worst con-Artist in the world and they all reside in the congress and the Senate and they are both Democrat and Republican alike!
The Democrats create tax codes to tax the rich or is it simply to tax the capitalist? They create Bills that they don’t read and we call that irresponsible, while to them it’s simply an oversight on their part.

You’ve seen the latest scandal with ACORN and the President said that before he was elected that he agreed with ACORN’S ideas and that they would be a important part in his administration.
Which part Mr. President? Equal opportunity, or under-ages Prostitution of illegal girls from South America, and tax evasion Mr. President.

You see America, We are about to loose our freedoms and there is so much more to write and yet the truth is simply this. Almost every Single Senator and Congressman is guilty of irresponsibility at the highest levels and guilty of Treason to the United States. And I ask you this:

When was Social Security established? How long has the Congress had to fix it’s problems and did nothing?

Look at Healthcare? They had a long time to fix it also and did nothing but create giant bills that no one in Congress will read. Social Security and Welfare is a Scam and the Government knows very well that they can’t fix it but they pour Millions and billions of Dollars into it because after all, they don’t have to pay it back. Our kids will while they are relaxing in their plush retirement estates while you slave and slave to feed the beast.

Are you mad? You Damn well should be! And what are you going to do about it America? We have Communist, Marxist and Socialist in our Government, many appointed without the approval of Congress and yet they have evaded National Security checks and they are strategically planning to destroy the United States Constitution before your eyes.

What are you going to do? WHEN WILL YOU WAKE UP? America needs a Revolution at the polls in 2010 and 2012 and we need to send Washington a Message. We are tired of the corruption, we are tired of you refusing to represent the people who elected you, and we are tired of you cramming down our throats bills that you irresponsible elected officials refuse to read.
So America, Get off your Ass and lets turn this Country around before it’s too late.
