Sheriff Joe Arpaio Inspires Children's Crusade Against Him This Friday, August 7
![]() |
| "Sheriff Joe is retarded!" will be just one of the many posters carried by the kids... |
Ever read those tales of the Children's Crusade when you were in junior high? You know, where legions of kiddies during the Middle Ages supposedly marched toward the Holy Land with the idea that they would somehow convert Muslims to Christianity, but ended up being sold into slavery?
Well, everything old is new again, especially in Medieval Maricopa County where Sultan Joe Arpaio reigns supreme. The difference, of course, is that the Children's Crusade of yore was largely apocryphal. However, come this Friday, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. there will be a real children's pilgrimage, organized by Phoenix human rights activist Sal Reza's organization Puente.
It's aimed at the immigration policies of mean ol' Sheriff Joe, whose MCSO is responsible for essentially orphaning children by separating them from their mothers and fathers when the parents are collared during one of Arpaio's inhumane immigration sweeps. Reza tells me they expect to have 30 to 40 kids brave what's anticipated by the National Weather Service to be sunny,106 degree weather for the walk. It begins at the Fourth Avenue Jail, continues onto the Federal Courthouse, and finishes at the Wells Fargo building, where the MCSO keeps its suites of pricey executive offices.
If the children are unlucky, Arpaio might even descend to the street level to scowl at them and threaten them with deportation.
Present will be some of the tots affected by Arpaio's racial profiling sweeps, such as Katherine Figueroa, the girl whose parents were arrested during the MCSO's raid on Lindstrom's Family Auto Wash in June. Reza says the children will either be carrying or wearing butterfly wings, illustrating an analogy to Monarch butterflies, which yearly migrate from Mexico to the United States.
Reza says many of the kids have already devised their own signs, such as "Sheriff Joe is retarded," and "Don't be a bully, Joe."
To the charge that Phoenix's pro-immigration movement will be exploiting these children, Reza replied that the children will have ample water, that it's only a few blocks of a walk, and that the "real exploiters" are those that create a situation that forces children to march through the Sonoran desert.
Will the sight of the children soften the heart of our grumpy and unlovable Sheriff Joe? Don't count on it. These kids will be lucky to get away from the Wells Fargo building without being arrested by MCSO goons, or at least sneered at by the Sheriff's nativist supporters from United for a Sovereign America, who love to counterprotest such demonstrations, and are usually heavily armed.
Let's hope the Phoenix PD will be doing crowd control, as they did when sides faced off during the Rev. Al Sharpton's recent visit. The nativists would delight in something going wrong, and one of the little ones being hurt. So would the MCSO.

Indeed there are similiarities between the Children's march of yore/folklore and the march by the youth of today. Both were marches in protest of tyranny.
Its good knowing that the opposition forces against joseph arpaio is alive and well. This Children march was an excellent and articulated idea. I just hope there will be some media attention to show the masses, that arpaio is still hated by many and loved by so few. And that cops are on alert to arrest the groping/molesting paws of uncivilized hordes of inbreeds.
You're gonna go to jail, inbred if you were to lay your filthy hands on innocent children.
Posted On: Monday, Aug. 3 2009 @ 11:44PMDeport them all. We support keeping families together. Taking their "anchor babies" with them will not only keep their family unit as one, but will relieve the tax burden for American taxpaying citizens.
Posted On: Tuesday, Aug. 4 2009 @ 7:00AMGreat idea! we need more Americans to be aware of what these inhumane raids are doing.
Posted On: Tuesday, Aug. 4 2009 @ 7:18AMExactly where and when can I meet these kids? How much adult supervision will there be?
Sincerely,
Adrian Cruz
Reza is abusing these children, brainwashing them with La Raza rhetoric; having them take a long walk in 106 degree heat; making signs for them that degrade the disabled (i.e. reference to "retarded").
If Reza really cared, he would assist in filing USCIS immigration petitions; he would procure legal assistance for those in the immigration and other courts; appeal for executive clemency to fight deportations; and try to negotiate with Joe Arpaio and the system.
Reza is a grandstanding, illiterate (in both Spanish and English), racist moron who doesn't remember (or never knew) that Hernan Cortes from EUROPE invaded Mexico in the early 1500s and decimated the thriving indigenous population. Cortes was brown.
Shame on you, Sal.
Mentally challenged people would be offended at the use of "retarded" as am I. Part of the Sheriff's cruelty is to demean people. The use of retarded as a negative slur is offensive to people who are perceived to be that label.
Posted On: Tuesday, Aug. 4 2009 @ 10:09AMRevolting exploitation of children. Also, good job on the 'retarded' slur.
It's pro-open borders gibberish like this that will seal the fate of the pro-illegal crowd.
Posted On: Tuesday, Aug. 4 2009 @ 11:48AMParents are responsible for their children as well as being responsible for their own behavior. The parents were doing something illegal (entering and remaining in this country). They created children while they were illegally in the country. The Law enforcment officer is responsible for enforcing the Law - that is the current law. He did his job. If anyone is responsible for the children being left in this country - it is their parents who put the children in the situation in the first place, not the Sheriff who was enforcing the law. You don't like that law or think it is unfair - work to change it. Don't attack the Sheriff.
Posted On: Tuesday, Aug. 4 2009 @ 11:50AM["If the children are unlucky, Arpaio might even descend to the street level to scowl at them and threaten them with deportation."]
He may also say, "I will not be intimidated by these kids. I know they are just trying to intimidate me and it's not going to work. I could be president, you know?".
Then he will have Sgt. Brett Palmer call a press conference and SHOUT, "YOU KIDS SHUT UP, JUST SHUT UP".
Seriously, the 'retarded' reference needs to go. It's akin to 'beaner' when referring to Hispanics. Can the 'retarded' signs...
The MCSO sheriff is mentally ill. (Not retarded, just really sick in the head - big difference).
Posted On: Tuesday, Aug. 4 2009 @ 11:53AMUnbelievable. I agree with Mahatma, if you want there to be a change in the future generations of residents, why don't they focus on changing the attitude towards a more effective way of handling situations?
^^That was a good answer right? Now see what this looks like if I did what Reza's kids are doing:
They're acting retarded.
*rolls eyes*
Posted On: Tuesday, Aug. 4 2009 @ 11:54AMI think these kids' parents are the ones responsible for tearing the familias apart.
Including these kids in the commission of a felony is what is stranding them here when they get caught. Wake up Bird, we're not going to allow you to give our country up to the hoards that demand it. Sal's already figured that out, what's taking you so long?
I think maybe you might have a touch of the 'tard.
Kelly, your comment makes me think you are a conformist to the extreme. Unfortunately, perhaps, the reality of law enforcement isn't as black and white as you might see it.
Laws may be printed in black, but interpretation and application of most laws is very gray.
Most law enforcement agencies enforce 'the spirit of the law vs. the letter of the law'.
The MCSO shurf is abusing immigration laws and the 287(g) agreement to garner votes. Nothing more.
In 2005 the MCSO shurf said himself that it was not his job to enforce immigration. Now he tells folks he's the only one doing it, and it's folks like you who believe him.
Kelly, open your eyes and see what this guy is doing to people, for his very own cause. Not your cause, certainly not my cause, but JUST to garner votes so he can stay in office and portray himself as being tough.
There's nothing tough about the MCSO shurf. He's just a flaccid old man who is more important in his mind than in reality. Simply a Wrinkled Winkle.
He's not a cop. Not county attorney. Not state attorney general. Not governor.
JUST a county sheriff. One of 15 in Arizona and hundreds throughout our country.
The MCSO sheriff is mentally ill.
Posted On: Tuesday, Aug. 4 2009 @ 12:25PMTommyC states, "The MCSO sheriff is mentally ill. (Not retarded, just really sick in the head - big difference)."
We have no problem with TommyC here, even though we differ in some of our views. This ex-cop has been a beneficial moderator of sorts in here. Most of the time he's rational and logical.
Nevertheless, he repeatedly ends his commentary with the above-quoted statement about Arpaio being mentally-challenged. He makes this blanket statement with no documentation, no evidence, NO PROBABLE CAUSE.
Cops have good 'ole "PC" drilled into them to avoid lawsuits. Of course, TommyC has apprently been retired for awhile, but we still urge him to provide evidence. We'll gladly research it.
Posted On: Tuesday, Aug. 4 2009 @ 12:31PM
While it may be true to some degree in reality that the Sheriff is indeed--"retarded", but I fail to see what's so offensive about it when they referring to the severely incompetence of the Sheriff.
The inept Sheriff may be a lot of things, "retarded" and "mentally sick" are most certainly one of them.
TommyC1 assertions of the Sheriff are pretty much accurate. Everybody can easily predict the Sheriff poor choice of words when he gives out his cirKKKus press KKKonference. He may even ask--
"Why aren't these kids in school?"
Duh...its summer vacation. That's what everybody means by the retardation of the Sheriff's girly ramblings.
So I'm down with calling the Sheriff "retarded" and "mentally sick in the head."
If these filthy hordes of unbathed racist KKKrackers are implying that this brave march is "child exploitation". Then lets see if the CPS will get involved and take away every child participating the protest of a tyrant. Realistically, is highly unlikely CPS will do moot. And if Reza is breaking any laws, I have yet to see the MSCO or any law enforcement agency arresting Reza for whatever crimes he is accused of breaking. But because he remains a free man to this day and age, you shit-kicking natavists truly are hopeless. Maybe the law isn't on your side after all? Because if it is, then Reza would already be jail long ago.
Posted On: Tuesday, Aug. 4 2009 @ 12:55PMThe children born in the USA of people who stole across our border illegally should not be granted citizenship ever. They should all be deported together as a family. These illegals are themselves responsible for their offspring's problems and not the people of America. La Ratsa should be more concerned with reuniting separated families by helping to send the children home to their parents nation.
Posted On: Tuesday, Aug. 4 2009 @ 1:20PMAs I've always stated, Lemons and his band of fools do more harm to the pro illegal/open border movement than all the Minutemen and Patriotic groups could ever do.
Keep up the good work, fat ass.
Posted On: Tuesday, Aug. 4 2009 @ 2:28PMYup the pro-illegals are running scared! They're sort of taking a plan from the islamic extremists playbook. Only difference is they don't strap suicide/homicide belts on them. But they are stooping pretty low using children.
Posted On: Tuesday, Aug. 4 2009 @ 3:02PMIf you still have trouble getting it just pretend the children and their parent's are white.
John
Posted On: Tuesday, Aug. 4 2009 @ 3:05PMThe parents of these children broke the law, period! These children should not be given the gift of automatic citizenship. I am not heartless but our country cannot sustain all of the countries in the world. We will collapse. Which has begun already. Illegal immigrants burden our judicial system, healthcare system and our welfare system. Whatever happened to personal responsibility and suffering the consequences for your actions!
Posted On: Tuesday, Aug. 4 2009 @ 3:07PMWow.
I used to read the New Times pretty faithfully years ago. But the ridiculous writings on pro-illegal immigration by this paper gave me reason to quit reading the New Times.
The Sheriff is elected by us to uphold the laws. He is not making "inhumane immigration sweeps." Again and again uber liberals cannot understand the difference between legal immigration and illegal immigration. This country is as wonderful as it is because it IS a country of immigrants who adapted to the American way of life by their choice. The illegals coming over have no right to anything - they are braking the law simply by being here. What is it about that concept that some people can't understand?
This Reza guy is choosing to exploit children in 110F heat. Why aren't you going after him for child endangerment?
Posted On: Tuesday, Aug. 4 2009 @ 3:59PMGeno,
do you always think of molesatation when you think about groups of children? Detected a lot of anger too.Dealing with some issues? Most people don't think about such vile crap. Most are angry about the dirtbags that exploit them to further their own causes and rape them in the desert while they are bringing them to a better life.Making them sit nearly nude in drop houses waiting for someone to pay for them.Use them for cheap labor to clean their yards and increase their bottom line in their burger shops and motels.Who are the real dirtbags here?
Throw in some white kids in the march. Maybe the racist ofays will ease up on their typical crybaby howling. I thought they were supposed to be high on meth?
Keep the hard pressure on arpaio New Times. He needs to be kept on his leesh and defeated in court. I praise the New Times endless efforts to expose arpaio's evil ways. The clock is ticking on arpaio's resignation coming soon.

Actually, Stoll and Coco, PC is needed for an arrest in a criminal case. It's not needed for personal opinion, which is what I state when I write, "The MCSO sheriff is mentally ill".
Please understand, and I have stated this in other blogs, it's my opinion about the guy, much like I think he should wash his hair more often, but I don't imply my opinion as fact, and I wouldn't expect anyone to infer my written word here as fact without some basis for comparison or validation.
Regarding libel, I would have to be stating this as fact and then someone else would have to do something that has a substantially material negative benefit on the old goat, such as 500,000 people publicly stating they voted him out of office only because I offered my opinion that the guy is mentally ill.
As I have stated on other blogs, I don't purport to be a medical professional or a mental health professional. Rather, I am merely an experienced observer of human behavior, and the behavior of the MCSO sheriff certainly makes me think he is mentally ill.
Of course, if the MCSO sheriff wishes to have a professional evaluation of his mental health and well being performed, and the results of said evaluation were to be reported to the public I would gladly say that at least one medical professional has tendered said opinion, whatever that might be.
However, based on his demonstrated behaviors it continues to be my opinion that he is mentally ill.
No 'evidence' needed, my friends, simply my opinion, whether you agree or not.
The MCSO sheriff is mentally ill.
Who amongst you has any evidence to the contrary?

Well said, Cheri R.
Reza is an "open borders" La Raza fanatic who asserts a false "right" to occupy the mythical Aztlan nation, which encompassses a substantial portion of the sovereign American Southwest. This illiterate ignoramus claims indigenous rights under his anti-White, anti-Eurpoean agenda. He ignores the fact that a BROWN Eurpoean, Hernan Cortes, invdaded Mexico in the early 1500s and wiped out the indigenous Mayas and Aztecs.
Fortunately Reza is now broke and faces foreclosure of his illegal slave labor camp, The Macheualli Work Center, where he actively violates local, state, and federal laws as he aids. abets, and harbors illegal aliens. See www.puenteaz.org, click on link to Macheualli.
Reza has basically declared war on the United States but is too cowardly to fire a shot. He also has psychotic delusions of grandeur, envisioning himself as another Che Guevara or Cesar Chavez, who vehemently opposed much of what Reza stands for.
Posted On: Tuesday, Aug. 4 2009 @ 4:36PM
I heard that Cesar Chavez opposed illegal immigration because it brought done wages and working conditions for the legal immigrants. It's a fact that it drains city's and state's coffers. California is still in the red? Yet their governor states that it is racist to suggest that illegal immigration may be the reason why? Why are so many true Americans confused about this issue? The illegals need to go now, and anyone caught hiring them should lose their business license for life. After that we can begin a dialog about how many should be let in and at what rate. Allowing uneducated, unskilled, poor and diseased people to flood into our country is insane. Is this our country or Mexico's country?
Posted On: Tuesday, Aug. 4 2009 @ 4:56PMFor the record, to all of you:there is more to his damn job than immigration. You can not pat a man on the back if he only does part of his job. No matter how you feel on immigration, I would like the giving of county money because of stupid things done by his employees and the head nut job. He needs to be recall and run out of office to save the taxpayers money. If this is too hard to understand, please put your head out of you butt and take a real look at what is going on. If you think that 45 million dollars is not too money to lose, imagine what you could have done with that money. Just get your self arrest and stand. Sooner or later, they will screw up and you will be grants money from the MCSO cow cash. Recall the sheriff and save the cash especial for the people of area in which he is suppose to take care of but doesn't. One more time, recall him and save the money.
Posted On: Tuesday, Aug. 4 2009 @ 5:31PMWhat part of ILLEAL aliens do they not understand? Why do we have Immigration LAWS if they are not to be followed. I have not heard the US put a ban on hispanic immigration requests. I spent close to $2000.00 to get my wife in ths country legally, why can't they? No they spend $5000-$10000 to try to get in this country illegally. They don't seem to smart to me. We should make them orphans, ship them out of tue country with their parents. Yes we need to change our laws like Japan, you are not a citizen if one of your parents are not a citizen.
Posted On: Tuesday, Aug. 4 2009 @ 5:33PMHmmmm, my children have already returned to school. I guess Reza and La Raza will be cheating these illegal offspring's from a day of free, taxpayer sponsored education.
Posted On: Tuesday, Aug. 4 2009 @ 5:36PMGood points Anonymous. It really doesn't take a medical professional(nor a rocket scientist) to come to the conclusion of defining mental illnessess. It simply takes anecdotal observation of one's own behavior to justify if they have some kind of mental affliction. And many of us have indeed, seen the serious lack of uncontrollable rage displayed by our top KKKonstable. No paper evidence is needed to prove our point, just the camera or better yet, his own tax payer funded media cirKKKus goofs holding the press conferences with him. Its all captured on tape for all to see and judge for themselve. That's all it takes to expose the Sheriff's obvious mental breakdown and I can't really say for sure how many times we have to see his red angry faced all over the news over the years but its copious.
And I'm sure the masses agree. One cannot deny the hard truth, thanks to the cameras.

Posted On: Tuesday, Aug. 4 2009 @ 7:13PMPeter, you apparently don't understand it's the Constitution that says when a person is born in this country they are given citizenship and from that day forward it's theirs to sustain or denounce, should they so choose.
The parent(s) might be illegal, but the offspring are not. Like it or not.
If you don't like or agree with that you need to get a legislator to change Constitutional law. Good luck with that.
dls: Have you driven I-10 toward Tucson out of the valley in the past five years? How many times doing so do you pass at least one bus that obviously is transporting immigration detainees?
Yes, my friend, immigration laws are being enforced. More so today, than ever before. The good news: All law enforcement agencies are involved. NOT just the wheezer and his band of merry maidens.
dls: If you have time on your hands and you're so duty driven to enforce immigration laws maybe you should volunteer a couple weekends a month with DPS or Pinal S.O. I'm sure they could use the help.
The MCSO sheriff is mentally ill.

Marxist Sorento/Obama and Nappy had to rewrite the 287(g) SOP's because the worked too well, and perfectly within the law.
The left arm pit this Country has begun to slide towards will be brought to a screeching halt, law and order will prevail, as it always has, and you and yours will continue to drool and mumble in misery.

dls, our intelligence and apparently credible evidence indicates an average smuggling fee of $5000 or so, duly extorted by MS-13 and associates. Thanks again to our reliable sources who may be monitoring this blog.
You're right, why do they subject themselves to this victimization? Part of the incentive is guaranteed work at McDonald's or other notorious employers of illegals or those with stolen/fake IDs. In the meantime, near 10% unemployment for American citizens.
One of the obvious remedies is to cut off that source of employment. Not an easy task with wealthy transnationals like McDs. And co-conspirators like Reza and associates aiding and abetting the criminal enterprises.
Bank of America, CitiBank, and other criminal organizations bank the illegals' money with eager greed. Another avenue here is to check out the amnesty advocates' financial interests in these outfits.
The parasitic, insidious disease called La Raza must be attacked like a contagious, ravenous cancer. It's worse - it's a disease with a subversive political agenda.
Posted On: Tuesday, Aug. 4 2009 @ 8:48PM
Recalling the Sheriff is a wise and rational decision. As the FBI, DOJ investigations continue into the enormity of MSCO atrocious corruption. The days of arpaio is nearing a bloody end. And his tyranny becomes obsolete. This is the day when Freedom and Democracy shall prevail. So that our U.S. Constitution is fully restored to its natural form. While the cesspools of breeding grounds for racism and extremism diminishes into attrition.
Once law and order is restored, and the integrity of the sheriffs office reinstated. The lawlessness of the rabid racist inbreeding becomes detestable. So that Americans will live in a safe and family friendly environment, which is currently being ravaged by arpaio's negilence of enforcing domesticated laws that deals primarily with real KKKriminals. Just like most of these pro-arpaio/lawlessness simpletons posting on here.
For arpaio's days are numbered. And we can sense the desperate and trembling cowards wallowing in fear. I don't blame you inbreeds.
Its clear that you and your hero will no longer.
For the Sheriff must be dethroned!!
Heil Freedom!
Posted On: Tuesday, Aug. 4 2009 @ 8:50PMCheriR says "The Sheriff is elected by us to uphold the laws."
Problem is Cheri, the only law he pays attention to (for purely publicity reasons) is low level immigration law. That's why 5% of crimes committed under his jurisdiction result in arrest. That's why he allows gang rapes of 14 year old (white) girls to go uninvestigated. And idiots like you worship him because he has a press conference every time he arrests a few "beaners". Hell, he's not even good at enforcing immigration law. You're all just too stupid or lazy to inform yourself about what he's really all about.
The MCSO Sheriff couldn't care less about real law enforcement.

Posted On: Tuesday, Aug. 4 2009 @ 10:17PMI have kids and so do my friends, I asked around and found out that most kids started school either last week or this week.
Why use the kids to deliver your message? It will be taken the wrong way as if your cause and message is more important than the children's education.
Besides, if the Shurf really wanted to, he could go and find out who the custodial parent or guardians are for these kids and issue truancy citations for keeping them out of school. A social worker may even be called to help Arpaio - like the health department worker that helped Arpaio determine that the corn was cold and the Mayonnaise was hot.
I say; re-think the issue of using the kids... this could turn around and bite you and your message will never be delivered because it will be clouded by all the public criticism
Posted On: Tuesday, Aug. 4 2009 @ 11:06PMThe creativity of this march is excellent. New ideas against arpaio are always welcome. And it never hurts to try new and innovative ways to deliver angry messages to our turd world tyrant--arpaio.
Currently there hasn't been any marches put out by the bitter white man against Obama. But there's always marches put out against arpaio.
Irony...
It just shows you that the frontlines against arpaio is far more constant and active as opposed to those against Obama. For that, I give praise to the legendary Sal Reza and many other who rise up against the Sheriff.
Normally a supporter (raised eyebrows) says...
Exactly, another ill thought out plan that will backfire and make the movement look even more irresponsible and ridiculous.
Posted On: Wednesday, Aug. 5 2009 @ 7:11AMHey Reza, remember to wave plenty of Mexican flags on your kiddie march--that really helps your cause.
Posted On: Wednesday, Aug. 5 2009 @ 7:21AM"Besides, if the Shurf really wanted to, he could go and find out who the custodial parent or guardians are for these kids and issue truancy citations for keeping them out of school."
We concur. This may be Reza's ticket to Tent City for endangering the welfare of minors and associated criminal charges. Sheriff Arpaio and the MCSO may hold off because an arrest of Reza would prompt so much retaliation.
The proposed La Raza publicity stunt, which may never materialize, could be legitimized if the children had parental supervision. Of course, they would then have to come out of hiding and expose themselves as illegals.
Reza and his cronies will probably claim that they have some type of temporary guardianship authority over the kids. In that case, he's liable for willfully and knowingly keeping them out of school.
"Tommy C's" E-mail of tcniner.guy@gmail.com appears to be working. We sent him an E-mail - he has our return address. He's establishing his credibility, but we told him we don't need his credentials.
Keep you posted.
It sounds like Adrian Cruz (4th post) is some sort of Mexican Michael Jackson. Watch out kiddos. And in the interest of reuniting families, I'm all for arranging air-conditioned busses to deliver these cabrons to la Frontera at taxpayer's expense. How's that for togetherness?
Posted On: Wednesday, Aug. 5 2009 @ 1:34PMHey S and C
Maybe these children are home school and this a field trip. Can't ask and won't tell because you are you(nobody).
What Reza is doing is brillant: think about it-kids who have lost their parent because of our heartless Sheriff. There must be a better solution than dividing the children and their parent. Joe just doesn't care and that is what make him an *sshole. Enough is enough, recall the sheriff and his little dog Andrew too.
That is an excellent confounding variable that needs to be considered. Thank you, Mr. Crum, who noted, "Maybe these children are home school and this a field trip."
Very possible, considering the very low level of acculturation/assimilation of these separatists.

I just found out about this but I checked my calendar and discovered it's on a FRIDAY.
Come on folks, couldn't this be held on a day when working folks can support you by participating. I work during the week.
Exactly who is going to be there on a school day on a week day ? Nice planning, guys - you should try to make it inclusive of others who may wanna support you.
One last thought.. I'd drop the "retard" poster. I have a sister who is slow and it hurt me so much to see that the kids would call her those horrible names. That is no better than the "N" word or calling some one a Beaner. It's derogatory because it's been used in the past to hurt innocent people like the other words.
Just my thoughts - take it or leave it.
Posted On: Wednesday, Aug. 5 2009 @ 7:26PMChild abuse is bringing your children to an environment that is wrong and unlawfull. If you are so worried about your children don't bring them to a place you know there is risk. That is good parenting!
Posted On: Thursday, Aug. 6 2009 @ 6:47AMHas anyone called CPS? Having children out of school to stand outside in the heat of the day with signs is not my idea of good judgement, perhaps CPS would like to observe this demonstration to make sure none of the children have been abused.
I hear next week Sal Reza will march cats and dogs on the same route wearing signs that say "The Shurf iz retardid." Apparently cats don't spell so good.
I hope Phoenix PD is there again, that way we can continue to add to the cost of these silly marches for taxpayers. You activists claim that the county is paying for all of these Deputies to spend a few hours during a saturation patrol, yet you are fine with hoards of PHX PD officers standing out in the heat for hours billing the city for your protection from the Arpaio supporters and not being available to arrest criminals in the city.
Irony anyone?
Posted On: Thursday, Aug. 6 2009 @ 9:42AMWOW - Using the children. A new low even for Sal Reza. ISN"T THIS CHILD ABUSE? Where do you get such backward ideas as this? Bird sinks to a new low!

We're getting tired of this bum, so we'll probably start slamming his punk boss, "Hayseed Lacey," who's still crying over his fifteen minutes in jail that made a "sweet boy" out of him. Turned him right out we've heard.

Anne Frank's words were those of a child and how powerful they were and still are today. I equate the senile old fart and his cohorts like Hendershoot,Fox with the same oppressive regime that raged during the life of Anne Frank. it is pitiful when the Supporters of this mentally unstable "man" have to stoop to pick on kids.
And Robert
I guess you are a Native American since you count yourself a US Born Citizen. If NOT and since you are anti-immigration you are NOT a Citizen by your definition since your ancestors entered this Country as illegal immigrants. That means your whole family is in this country without proper documentation and should be deported the only problem is where do you get deported too? Do you see now how totally stupid your reasoning is?
Your forefathers were the first of many that came for a better life....the fruits of their decision you enjoy now........so why not try and be as understanding as the Native population and as gracious as the Native population were to your illegal ancestors?
Just Foot for thought maybe
TommyC says it right the sheriff is mentally ill
Sorry Robert meant to say FOOD for Thought....actually was thinking about Foot in Mouth and you know how it is thinking and typing. Sorry
Posted On: Friday, Aug. 7 2009 @ 9:58AMThe original Stollers trace their roots way back to Switzerland in or about the 12th century. The first ones got here in the late 1700s, early 1800s. Frankly, there's too many of them here now and too many we don't like, some of them relatives. ((-: But, they acculturated, assimilated, and became lawful and loyal American citizens.
The Cocozza crew are hard-working Italian immigrants who suffered severe discrimination upon arrival at Ellis Island in NYC in the early 1900s. The term "WOP" literally means "Without Passpost," so admittedly some of them were illegals. But they did whatever they had to be become lawful American citizens. They did not slther across our border and expect to get a free ride and amnesty.
If they acted like that, their own families would have kicked their butts in line. No need for Joe Arpaio.

All I have heard is nothing but wrong doings by the government against immigrants. There is indeed a way to handle immigration issues. It is very clear that Arizona doesn't know how to deal with these issues. There is too many racist, selfish, and ignorant people here in the U.S giving every one else a bad name. There is plenty to go around for everyone. This country will only grow with immigration, and you feel like they are taking your country? This is why we are in this crisis. All these deportations. Have you noticed that since they started the raids, we are having more unemployment? No people to live in houses, no more building which means no more jobs. Is it that hard to see.?? You jelous, selfish people are the ones not letting this country grow and succeed like it should. Violence in jails against immigrants and Ol' Joe trying to cover it up. This is like Rosa Parks back in the day. Different race but no matter what it is unfair treatment to human beings, legal or not, they are still human beings. While Joe makes you believe he is saving you tax money, he is buying bulletproof cars and .50 caliber turrets.? For what? Crowd control? I can't believe you guys believe this guy when clearly he is an evil, racist man getting rich and enjoying it. If you agree with him then clearly you are racist also. You are what give this country a bad name. Now everyone else in this world will fear the U.S. because no matter in what century we are your rights will be violated for being everything else besides white. You call this the Land of Liberty? You should atleast rename the country motto to make the statements true. Something like slavery in the 21st century or racist whites all the time.
Posted On: Friday, Aug. 7 2009 @ 9:42PMamazing!!!
no direkt come back only general Bull shit and no comeback from Robert at all.........may be hiding and afraid of another raid ?
it is sad when grown ppl will bend the truth to suit their means all the while telling everyone to be truthful.........does the shoe fit S and C?
you are disgusting and pls return to Fountain Hills and continue to suck up to Joe and Ana......free Hamburgers for all was the last Motto?!
I find you both disgusting and slimy
god you have NO HONOR and you call yourselves American????????????
When I saw these children being exploited on the news the first that came to mind is whats next? Are we going to see inmates children from all the local jails and prisons walking now because their parents have been taken away?? Why not? It's the same thing. THEY BROKE THE LAW!!! They are here illegally. Take the kids with you!
Posted On: Sunday, Aug. 9 2009 @ 12:10AM I live in Texas and the county sheriffs have gotten so much funding from republican administrations for the last 50 years these fools have become a white
para military force.
The problem is only a problem for racist white trash.
That is because they have no solutions, only more problems for the working people that pay there fat salays and retirment deals.
Average $6000 a month after 20 years of so called sevice to the public.
Corruption has come to america in a big way...
Posted On: Sunday, Aug. 9 2009 @ 4:03PMAnonymous, Arizona doesn't care about children and families, so you don't have to worry. People like you make Arizona a bad place to live. It's nothing but a prison state anyway.
Posted On: Sunday, Aug. 9 2009 @ 9:13PMI would say you all listen to the bleeding heart liberals and leftist media way to much. I have watched documentaries on the sheriff and the jail as well as investigating information on my own and I can tell you that most of what you get in the media is overhyped to sell their product. Don't forget that these people in prison are there for a reason not at a country club resort. And if you break the law you have to face the consequences and like it or not entering the United States illegally is breaking the law!
